Instrument Rating

Cirrus Transition Training
Palomar Aviation’s Cirrus Aircraft Transition Training program better equips you to fly Cirrus Aircraft safely and confidently. Tailored to your experience level, the program includes 5 to 10 hours of online training modules for both VFR and IFR pilots, focusing on the advanced Cirrus systems. Once the online portion is complete, pilots undergo 3 to 5 flights to demonstrate air proficiency and apply what they have learned. This comprehensive course ensures mastery of Cirrus’ unique features and performance. Upon completion, you’ll earn a certification to operate the Cirrus Aircraft, a prerequisite for solo rentals, and elevating your flying experience with cutting-edge aviation technology.
